Comment 30 is correct, but this is only one of the reasons why it does not
work. Even when config items were 'int', it did not work for me on Windows and

It seems like a pretty good guess, and in any case I can't reproduce the bug
with the bibisect repositories (which are 64-bit) so it's probably not
bibisectable to begin with
