Ruler Too Dark to Read with Dark Themes

When dark themes are used the ruler is really hard to read. I suggest that the
numbers, the lines, and the tab placement markers all be made white when dark
themes are used. 

Not sure how possible this is - just a suggestion for UX. Image attached
showing what I'm talking about.


I'm currently running GnomishDark in Ubuntu 14.10
