I tried this version to compare to the performance of 0.13.1 and I see the same behavior... Very high CPU usage, but it seems to only spike when the client is trying to contact a tracker. Otherwise, it seems to run OK. With one torrent active it might not be noticed, but with a dozen, the CPU
