 Closing ticket as author is not responding. Assuming fault was due to
 broken config file, full disk or other disk problem.

 If anyone can reproduce this fault and think it's caused by Licq, feel
 free to reopen this ticket and attach licq.conf.

 When I try to run licq 1.3.9 I get

 [u...@computer user]$ licq
