The uninstalled LilyPond executable (sitting in out/bin) will be able to
find its corresponding data in the source tree. Just call it.

Well, this just removes an unused buggy function previously
undocumented. In my book, this does not need a countdown but can be
pushed straight to staging. It would make sense, however, to rename
this issue to Removes last-grob-cause function in case people look for
it any time after.
