After installing LilyPond 2.6.0 from the x86 autopackage I uninstalled LilyPond 2.4.5 from my Debian sid system. I didn't notice any emacs problems at that point. Then I tried to use the 2.6.1 upgrade which didn't work as I reported in another thread today. Then I installed 2.6.1 autopackage
