Certainly! The only thing you have to do is to download the PFA
fonts for the LilyPond version you are using, not for some other
version (as you apparently have done now).

As far as I know, there fonts were not changed from 1.8.1 to
1.9.2, so you could try to extract the files from
ftp://mirror.direct.ca/pub/linux/debian/pool/main/l/lilypond/lilypond_1.8.1-1_i386.deb
for example.

bf4_#'(italic dim. bf) which is not good.
\markup notation is correctly handled.
