I'm trying to shift a note one place to either direction using the following: \once \override NoteColumn.force-hshift = #1 In monophonic texures. However, It doesn't work/compile. Why is this so? What is the solution? forceHShift = { \once \override NoteColumn.force-hshift = #40 } \relative

To all who have reported broken links from Scores of Beauty posts to PDF files on openlilylib.org: I (think I) have fixed the issue by copying over the actual files on the openlilylib server and fixing the links in the blog posts and comments. Best Urs
