I need to get the letters for the chords above certain notes in the example
below. I thought of using markup but I don't know if I can get sharp or
flat symbols. I want F above the first f breve, a B flat(symbol) above
the second F breve and D min. above the last D.
Thanks

I have two lines, the first is a verse and the second is a response. I
currently have a font called liturgy installed which allows the stylized
V and R. These Stylized letters appear before the lyrics. The lyrics
would then be my regular font (Liberation Serif). How can I make that work?
I fixed up the input, there were alot of errors before.I am not sure
about the use of and in the \score section.
Verses one and two have the same music but three and four each have
different music.

I am doing ok with verses one and two which share the same music but verses
three and four each have different music and I am not sure how to make them
work.

Thanks, everyone for your help!
I have used Eluze's reccomendation and it works well.
The verse numbers, however, are too far to the left and I would like to know
how to compact the lyrics a bit so that the numbers line up just under the
lines instead of being outside.

Hello all! I am having trouble making the last line stretch to the end.
Also, I would like to have numbers for all the verses not just for the first
part.
Here is my file:

How can I modify this (which Frescobaldi made) to make a hymn with three
verses with the refrain at the end. The refrain has it's own notation.

I am trying to get lilypond to output midi and .pdf but right now it
only outputs midi and I don't know what I am doing wrong. Is there also
a way to make the midi play faster without adding any symbols to the
score?
And also I am also doing something wrong with the fonts, because it is

I am trying to format music for a hymnal and I do not want the first
stanza/line ( I don't know what it is called) to be indented. How can
it be prevented?
