Hi,
I was trying to use https://lsr.di.unimi.it/LSR/Snippet?id=529
to add some rests to chord symbols
After using convert-ly it worked as is.
However, when using this in the context of repeat voltas,
chords in the endings appear above the ending lines,
rather than below as normal.

Hi,
I was hoping someone could help me figure out how to fix this font issue.
For quite some number of years,
I've been using this function that prints custom text for volta ending
labels.
But now it is producing strange results.
The image from the below MWE is attached, it shows that some of

In this MWE, I would like to get the stem lengths equal.
Currently, the stems of beats with the 16th notes are longer than the stems
of the beat with only 8th notes.
Does anyone know how to equalize the beam lengths?

Does anyone have a download link of lilypond 2.22 that will work for mac OS
12.6.1?
I recently had to reinstall my mac OS. It is now 12.6.1.
Previously I had an earlier version of 12, most likley 12.1,
based on the fact that the last time I had to do this was in January 2022.

Now that I am setting up a new environment on a new machine,
I am running into a problem again,
and I don't recall how I solved it last time.
When I compile a pdf locally, it looks fine.
But when I upload it to a site, then download it on an iPad, it shows
different fonts.

Hi,
I'm setting up an new lilypond environment
on a surface pro running windows 10
using VSCode as an editor,
and cygwin as a terminal.
I am not able to get lilypond to use my fonts yet.
I was able to install them in windows itself,
since I can see them in the windows Fonts Settings.

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to print a chord symbol which is a slash chord,
but where the top part (above the slash) is blank.
So, I only want to print the slash + root note.
The usage for this is when the previous chord repeats,
and only the bass note changes.
Here is an MWE for a progression

Hi,
Does anyone know how to get chord symbols to be higher up?
I think they are too close to the notes on the staff.
I've tried messing with the VerticalAxisGroup stuff mentioned in
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/internals/chordnames
but none of it seems to work for me.

It seems we can't be too pedantic here.
Based on the OP's situation,
one can imaging that the original piece might have looked like:

Then the attempt to transpose down a 3rd:
