In chordmode I am trying to get g bes es in some kind of spelling (I'm
assuming that one can't put a chord like I just did in chordmode).
Everything I've tried so far has either produced errors or no effect at all.

their
strange nomenclature? The question is, I suppose:
I've never touched Finale, but I've heard the word tuplet many times
before. It's certainly widely used in North America.

By the way why does the defining of crosses on and off work? And where is that
'shortcut' in the manual? I'm not sure for my purposes that I would use the
mua|b thing as those are essentially one time insertions.
Thanks

I remember that there is a way to label the instruments with an abreviation on
every system but I can't find it now in the 2.10.x manual which means I can't
figure out what it must be called to be able to find it.
Can someone please direct me? Thanks

The space between the staves on page one are quite wide but ok however the
second page they are considerably closer together. Is this correct? Or did I
do something to cause this?

The following is what I got to work and even that isn't as nice/clear as what I
think I've coded above. But at least you can see the notes in the right
octaves.
