Thanks for this enlightning contributions.
No, I am not sure about Kodály. I now have contacted Universal edition
about to send me a picture of Mátyás Seibers Gespenst (a capella for
mixed choir SATB), where I could not find any score in the net. The one
Arne mentioned may be the one we sung, but
When I was young we sung a piece of Christian Morgensterns Galgenlieder
with the Youth choir of Gelsenkirchen: Es gibt ein Gespenst, das frisst
Taschentücher. After almost 50 years I wanted to get the partitur for
this piece by Kodaly. But the internet and the search at an music
literature shop
Thanks Brian, that I had forgotten. But I wonder why it does not appear
on google when searching for "lilypond Bar lines between staves"
(searched in German and in English)
Thank you again and greetings from the Black Forest

In Mozarts KV259 (Kyrie) in measure 14/5 there should be a slur(?) to
have the text properly distributed. In my B original and in the
International Stiftung Mozarteum Online Publications (2006) there is
none. How could one hide the "bogen". I googled for "lilypond hide slur"
but did not succeed.
