In the official rpm packages for Fedora these files are already removed.
I found these files when I looked at the SPEC files from Fedora.

runlevel-3 ( No desktop, just a terminal ) quickly preparing and editing
lilypond scores with vim. That's all I really need. Then when I am back

generated by musicxml2ly after a little bit of extra editing.

You need to talk to the/a Fedora Maintainer to get them to package it.

That sounds like imprudent policy. Packaging an unstable version should
only be done by somebody committed to tracking
