Perhaps you have a lot of old segments or large system trace files laying
around.

My purpose is
Our z/VM version is 5.4 in currently. To decrease the SPOOL area, I
purged three area such as rdr,prt,pun.
It worked in rightly. However, SPOOL area still over the 70% now.
How can I decrease this area?
