I had a working setup with the dvb-drivers (1.1.1) a couple of days ago.
For some reason (don't ask me why..) I rebuilt them, and now I get the
following unresolved symbol errors when running insmod.sh:
# ./insmod.sh load

I'm getting the following error when compiling VDR (which I assume is

Hi,
Can't anybody help with this problem?
I have a Galaxis DVB-S 1.3 card with alps_bsrv (ves 1x93) frontend, but as
you can see It isn't correctly identified, and It also doesn't tune any
channel. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
In the same box I have 2 Technotrend DVB-T and B2C2 working
Sometimes, I get this error when running the test_sections utility
program.
According to this post on the ML :

the driver should return EBUFFEROVERFLOW, an not EOVERFLOW, but i
couldn't find this error code in the driver

Woops, I realised I forgot to send this to the group and I accidently just sent
my comments to Hamish instead.
So I'll try again to forward my comments.

Ok, I'm having trouble loading the modules. This time it seems to be related

The firmware that was originally on linuxtv.org for use with dvb-kernel
1.1.0 had version 0x261a, and thus was exactly the same as used in
dv-kernel 1.0.1.
So from what I can see the problem is definitely not in the firmware,
because with the exact same firmware the DVB driver works fine
While we are here I have another question related to build-2.6 directory...
I am running 2.6 kernel, I have build dvb-kernel cvs sources succesfully
and I am running them just fine by using command
./insmod.sh load (after that I can see channels by using czap and
tvtime...)
The problem is
