After failing to compile Chriss test DVB sources for the DViCO Dual
Digital card for about a week on all sorts of different kernels, the
patches have made their way into the main dvb sources :-) And they work!!

I have a dvb feed on 11623 Mhz. I've had problems with this frequency as
it seems that users' DECT phones cause interference.
So I am going to move it to a different transponder.

toward linuxTV. Still no picture yet, but I believe it's due to a poor
signal. Heres what I get from szap, if anyone would like to chime in with

AFAIK, DirecTV uses DSS and not DVB. DSS is not supported.

DSS doesn't use the MPEG-2 standard whereas DVB uses the MPEG-2 standard
You're right, but what Dave really meant to say was Dish Network TV,
which does use regular DVB on Echostar 7.

After I checked the changelog from the CVS server of linuxtv.org, I
found that SAA7130/4 driver is first ported to LINUX kernel 2.6, and I
