Many thanks Jan. I have never managed to tune to all my four frequencies
before. 554 was ok, 530 and 586 were unstable and 570 didn't work at all.
With this extra register write all four tune on my laptop with 2.6.19.

Hi.
I'm involved in the development of a Linux distro, and was wondering
what license do the firmwares available at LinuxTV website
(http://www.linuxtv.org/downloads/firmware/) have, but couln't find
any such information.
How can I know if there is permission for at least redistribution?

Hi Luca,
thank you for the informations. After downloading the last snapshot from

Hi all,
I had the same problem with on of my Twinhan cards a couple of weeks ago.
I had lived with the problem for a couple of months by patching the kernel
to recognize my mysterious PCI id as a dst-card, however that was a PITA.
Anyhow, a couple of weeks ago, I tried the card in my windows
Hello,
I would like to buy the same card... did you find a working firmware for

Thank you very much,

hello again,
thanks to Oliver, I suppose the chipset on my Pinnacle 71e is afatec, uses driver AF15BDA.sys on windows. the .inf file lists several entries like
AF15BDA.FriendlyName= AF9015 BDA Filter
so I guess the chipset is AF9015.
What now?
Thanks,
Jussi

Hi,
I just bought one of these cards yesterday and its working fine on
2.6.20-rc6.

the card first time. I have to remove it and re insert the module to get
the card to work.
I also have a kworld 220rf card (saa7134
