unfortunately it is not possible to re-download a firmware after having a
firmware downloaded with dib0700 (currently).
The only way is to replug the device (which is hard on the Nova T 500).

I tried google and tried to install xawtv too. Nothing seems to work.
Here is the dmesg output for my TV tuner card. It is quite a old card
though, but it works fine. Whenever I start tvtime the screen appears
blue and says 'no signal'.
