Hi @ linuxtv,
I'm using kernel 2.6.5 and the dvb drivers from the kernel tree
for an Hauppauge Nova USB Card.
I had it working once but now it's messed up (by the new
kernel?)
The problem is, that there are no DVB: registering driver...
messages. I can load the driver dvb-ttusb-budget
Hi Alex,
Try adding this line:
urb-interval = 1;
function. No guarantees that it will work (I don't have a nova-t usb to play
with - never have), but if it does, please let me know so that I can update
cvs.
It worked for me too, using a Nova-S - thanks for the patch.
I debugged for 2
2.6.1 it's working now thanks to Alex' patch idea,
courious, that the grundig frontend isn't registered under
2.4.24 in this situation. But now I got it running.
Thanks for your reply anyway,
Dominik

Hi there,
I updated CVS version, went into build-2.4 and
made a ./getlinks make.
Compilation worked fine and I got the driver itself registered.
But when insmoding' grundig-491 frontend driver nothing gets
detected.
i2c support is enabled, i2c-dev and i2c-proc modules loaded,

I'm new to DVB setup under linux bot I think I got quite far
and now I'm stuck.
What I've done so far. Compiled in the ttusb module in kernel
and the grundig frontend module and dvbcore and such.
When I connect the Nova usb device I get usb messages in syslog
and the ttusb device
