It's a TT Budget s1102 with a Philips SU1278/SHA tuner.
You can receive the transponder on NSS7 (22°W) in Europe with a 90cm Antenna.

I'm working with a TT Budget card under Linux (Kernel 2.6/Suse10.1).
With this system I can not tune(with dvbtune) transponders with a symbol rate
of 40 MS.
For example: NSS7 (22°W) 12601MHz/H/SR:3 (TCT).
Under Kernel 2.4 (linuxtv-dvb-1.0.1 package)I can tune the Transponder.
