Australian LCN is based on the UK one (I think they are identical
structure, it is just the meaning of the data which is different).
dvbscan does not pick out this info. I have a program which does if you
want to test it. (It is descriptor 83 and defined in AS4933.1). You can

The DVB-S network here in NZ has implemented LCN based on the the AU
standards rather than the UK standards. At the moment I've been unable
to pull out the LCN details via dvbscan.
