This one fixes the signal reading so linux apps can display a
correct representation of the actual level as well as providing
the latest diseqc fixes.

I'm testing an Hauppauge WinTV Nova CI DVB-s card on Knoppix with kernel
2.6.19.
When I try to scan the Hotbird satellites, the scan utility doesn't found
all channels.
The scanning process takes about only 10 seconds and then stops without
errors.

if the video-device (saa7146 on a FF card) was open for capturing, the close
call doesn't release the capture buffers.
The attached patch may fix this problem. Possible there is more cleanup
necessary.
