a scp or rsync of the mysqldump of the database and the php3 pages

I propose the following: change the name "Linux Amateur Radio Software
Database" to "Linux Amateur Radio Database" and include a new area
"Linux Amateur Radio Documents". That will allow the faq/howto writers
to put here a reference to their documents.
