and since there is no mother boards with 1 cpu for it. it is quite
complicated to bring these machines to Israel.

list told me that that should be ok for eveything to work, including
mail servers, ftp and http..

Try to find out if your server has a configured and working DNS (nslookup from your
machine, and lookup anything).
If it has, find out whether the machines you are trying to connect FROM has reverse
