at least once a day and everytime there are visible improvements :)

Just wanted to share with you a nice new icq client called SIM, i found it
more stable than KXicq, works fine with hebrew fully, supports v8 (serverside
contact list, SMS sends) doesnt crash, and overall looks very very nice, my
suggestion is to grab the cvs version it compiles with
try licq 1.2.0a - supports same as SIM, including SMS, hebrew, KDE GNOME
support, KDE docking, and v8 serverside..

Licq used to crash on my machine (didnt know they released a v8 version)

I assume you use your default locale is (LANG=HE_il) or something like that.
The encoding there simply won't send/receive hebrew
Which will have a problem receiving hebrew messages from Windows's ICQ clients
(happend to me and my brother)
