Putting Windows Boot Loader instead of LILO

I just upgraded my system from RedHat 6.0 to RedHat 6.1. After the upgrade was complete I realized that the upgrader replaced the Windows Boot loader with LILO. Not only that, but it only displays the letters LI and gets stuck. I normally use loadlin to boot my Linux partition so I'm interested
