AIK have been solved by removing GType from GStreamer core in the 1.0
release.

Also, ffmpeg/libavcodec contains a much cleaner implementation of LZO
decompressor, with comparable performance (but no compressor yet I am
afraid).

Also, atakbd.c produced lots of "Spurious ACK" messages on kernel panic
when I misspecified the root fs, which made the real problem a little
more difficult to find.
