Add the charger status change interrupt support, it will report

We used to use a fixed rate clock for the UARTs. Now that we have clock
support we can associate the correct clocks to the UARTs and drop the
26MHz fixed rate UART clock.

Add clock controller nodes for MT2701, include topckgen, infracfg,
pericfg, apmixedsys, mmsys, imgsys, vdecsys, hifsys, ethsys and
bdpsys. This patch also add two oscillators that provide clocks for
MT2701.

This series is based on clk-next, add clock and reset controller support
for Mediatek MT2701.
Since some patches in v11 had been applied into clk-next, they were not
included in v12 series.
changes since v11:
- Rebase to clk-next.
- Return error code from probe() if clock registration fail.

In infrasys and perifsys, there are many reset
control bits for kinds of modules. These bits are
used as actual reset controllers to be registered
into kernel's generic reset controller framework.

As mentioned before, as of the latest draft of ACS-4, nothing about a
larger payload size is mentioned. Conservatively speaking, it sort of
means that we are allowing four 512-byte block payload on 4Kn device
regardless of the reported limit in the IDENTIFY DEVICE data. I am
really not sure if

A few update suggestions were taken into account
from static source code analysis.
Markus Elfring (2):
Restructure source code around an if statement
Use memdup_user()

Add PWM pins in the meson-gxbb pinctrl driver and export then in the GXBB dtsi.
Resent rebased on git.linaro.org/people/linus.walleij/linux-pinctrl.git branch
devel.
Neil Armstrong (2):
pinctrl: meson-gxbb: add pins for PWM
