Problems with rawkeyboard and serial ports

Hi, I'm using Slackware 10.0 and I've downloaded dosemu version 1.2.2 to use a DOS program to communicate with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), as I need some special key combinations which includes ALT, SHIFT and some F keys I set in the .dosemurc file the rawkeyboard to 1 and it worked
