A server I manage is having problems with ssl session disconnects.
Looking at netstat -s shows what I would consider to be large values for
TCPTimeouts and TCPSLowStartRetrans. I'm a bit rusty at TCP
debugging/invetigation and wouldnt mind a hand getting started.
