Hello,
We are having some trouble with a PERC4/DC card driven by the legacy
megaraid driver on kernel version 2.6.15. It seems as though every once in
a while a few of the drives become corrupt. I read a few places online
people complaining about similar errors (SCSI error: return code =
0x40001).
This BUG (http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7667) still happens with
2.6.20-rc2-mm1.
Fortunately, Christoph Hellwig's patch
(http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7667#c5) still fix it.

A lot of drivers play games with REQUEST_SENSE, but they mostly seem to
be doing things with their own int

Delete some incorrect code, left over from the initial driver submission
in March 2001.
SBP-2 targets should provide sense data via the SBP-2 status block
(autosense). We have to pass the REQUEST_SENSE command through to
targets which don't implement autosense, if there are any.
