The only change from the previous version is a locking fix in smackfs.
The real reason for today's post is to do it using correct posting
procedures. Audit integration is the next major step, and that is
going to require significant work in at least audit, lsm, and SELinux
as well as smack. As audit is important to Smack but not always
necessary, I plan to deal with that as a separate project and a
separate patch set.

The patch is split in two for size considerations, not by logic.
You need both to do anything useful. 1/2 contains the Makefiles,
Kconfigs, header, access enforcement, and smackfs. 2/2 contains
the LSM hooks.
