Looks like CodeRed to me, this is a trojan/virus so I doubt it is being done intentionally. CodeRed infects computers by exploiting a hole in IIS. There is bugger all you can do about this except if your running IIS then make sure it is patched. You could see if that IP has a mail server running

Even more bizarre, it seems to be ignoring the fact that it should print to a remote printer and is actually printing to /dev/lp0. I found if I loaded the lp.o module it no longer complains about being offline and is now actually printing to the local printer. Where does it get that idea from
