I had to refresh my memory by taking a quick look at the sources.list file from Knoppix 3.2 and it looks as if it's pretty complete. The mirrors included are the official Debian mirrors, but there are, probably, over a hundred other mirrors worldwide. Check out: http://www.debian.org/mirror/
