Im off as well.

Let me know when people get less possessive about a public resource,
especially since there are plenty tried and true mailing groups.

Id prefer something that works rather than who owns the server and attached
egos.

We can set up two groups – [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] more as

I actually like this idea of a dev / I.T pro list, But I'd like to see it
under the OzMOSS title. i.e. [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
 something.

But as this list is not controlled by any of us, it's up to the management
of the list to fix out these issues and move forward. It's a volunteer
 effort.

Maybe a Designer-focused group could also be created? This list has always
 had a strong developer bent.

Many posts of late have been design oriented and I can see how it might be
starting to get on the teats of some of the more caffeine-inclined, purist
 developers. ;)

Any takers? I had considered just starting a new one under a different

You could try changing the view to the Datasheet view, change one then drag
it down to the other cells, but you will have to group them.

Like in Excel.

There should be a way in codeOr a product like Echo maybe.

Yes, once you have added the content type to the list (you know how to do
that right?), then when you edit the properties of each document, you can
select which content type it is.

I have not found a way to do this in batch/bulk.

 Cheers

 Hi Ozmossers!

I have migrated a doc library from SPS 2003 to MOSS.

All the docs have been created in MOSS as a standard document content
 type.

I would now like to convert or change these existing documents to a custom
 document content type.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to achieve this?

 Thanks, Deon
