Try to open the SSL site of Office service (exists in IIS). Is it working?!

Subject: [OzMOSS] Enable advanced usage analysis processing then 403 Forbidden
Devs,
In SSP Settings, under Configure Advanced Usage Analysis Processing, when I
check the box Enable advanced usage analysis processing then click OK, I get
a 403 forbidden error You are not authorized to view this page
I am trying to do this because a site collection admin cannot view the Site
Usage Reports, it says Both Windows SharePoint Services Usage logging and
Office SharePoint Usage Processing must be enabled to view usage reports.
Please contact your administrator to ensure that these services are enabled.
Any ideas?
