Direct TV is on the 101 satellite.
Be sure you don't tell them the rig is on a boat, you will not be able to see
local channels. I have no idea why. We get local (low) channels, and the
major networks (NBC, CBS, etc), over the air with a normal antenna.

years ago, heavy duty type because we have UXGA (2 megapixel) screens.
They have never failed.

My Trace (now Xantrex) 2.4 KW 12VDC sine wave (actually pure sine wave
inverters have a wave form like a stepped pyramid) has never caused any RF
interference that I am aware of in any of my electronics: computers, ham,
marine, entertainment or other radios or TVs.
