What are you implying Vance? That we as customers are wrong? I paid half
up front for a baroque lute in Dec 2005, and still don't have anything
to show. I am still hoping... but I doubt I will ever see anything.

I would go as far to say NEVER click on a url in an email. If you get a
message from paypal,Citibank,UPS,IRS etc, go to their website by typing
the URL in internet explorer/firefox/etc, if they have sent you a
message their will be a way to retrieve it from their site(which you
should already have
You can use built in features in Acrobat to shrink all the images, I
have gotten some good results. I think it is done through save as
