I tried to reproduce this. Had to custom-build Lynx with `./configure
--without-brotli`, otherwise it used library code rather than the

Is /usr/bin/brotli installed and usable?
(I’ve not enabled that in my build. If it relies on an external
utility, perhaps it should not @ Debian packagers)
