Consolidating LyxBlogger's Documentation and Hosting

I finally have all of the pieces of LyxBlogger together to where I'm ready to share it with the outside world, including submitting it to inclusion with the release of future versions of LyX. That said, I'm looking for a way to pull all the documentation and hosting into one central location.
