So, Stephan has squashed the last of the bugs affecting the 2.0.7 release on OSX, so we are ready to package 2.0.7.1 and release that. The question is how to do this on git. Other commits have been made to 2.0.x since then, so I cannot just tag off that branch. Here's what I think I can do.
