Two issues regarding small icons for 2.2.0

We have two issues regarding small icons: http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9806 http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/9897 From what I understand, #9806 depends on #9897. Is anyone planning to work on these issues for 2.2.0? Do we view them as critical for 2.2.0? Scott signature.asc Description: PGP

There have been various discussions about how the date external material template is useless. I think it was kept around mostly just to be an example of what could be done. Two questions: 1. Do we want to remove it? 2. Do we want to remove it for 2.2.0? Note that this is #9948. Scott

Is "make distcheck" failure a blocker?

make distcheck fails for some people and passes for others. It fails for me. I think it passes for Pavel now that Georg's fix was committed. We have not gotten to the root of why make distcheck fails for some. See this thread for previous efforts:
