default dir when save for first time is not cwd

Currently if you start a new document and save, the default directory in the save dialog is the home directory. This is true even if I start lyx from a different directory. I would prefer for the default directory to be the current working directory. Has this been discussed before? Scott

2.2.2-staging Merged to 2.2.x

I have merged 2.2.2-staging into 2.2.x now, so all commits for stable should now go to 2.2.x. Richard
