That would allow users to edit and store documents on a safe file-server.
Users could do without both local lyx and latex installation, while the

Stretching the horizontal or vertical dimension of a xy-pic digram is
currently not possible in lyx, since stretching requires the @-character,
that is interpreted by lyx as ending the XY-matrix-macro.
Would it be possible to overcome that problem, in the next 1.6.x lyx
release?

Here is a lyx 1.4.4 one-line file, where two labels have been included.
As i try to insert a cross reference to one label by choosing 'apply' in the
panel, lyx crashes. Choosing 'ok' rather than 'apply' works as expected,
instead

In lyx 1.4.1, default article class, italian language, subsections and
subsubsections are weirdly enumerated by the phrase
E' privo di senso(meaning 'no sense').
That is obviously a gross mistake of the italian set up, that should be
fixed as soon as possible.
