New Email Script Activated

I've altered the script that sends emails after git commits so that it
does not include full commit logs when those exceed about 48K. I tested
it with a commit to stable, and had previously tested it with various
sized commits to my developer's repo. So I am reasonably confident it
will work. Let's hope so.
