OK to move Fullscreen preferences?

Yuriy has a patch here: https://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/12124#comment:2 Any objection? It's a bit weird that we have Editing > Control and then inside of that we have another "Editing" section and "Fullscreen" section. To me that's a signal that the "Fullscreen" section is out of place.
