Will Koji know that the string should be translated? I assumed that he
just searches for text that is marked as English. Should we just notify
him directly or should we make a "Changelog-sweave.lyx" file?

I went for the language-agnostic version, since this is used in other
places of the manual, and I don't want to interfere with Koji's style.

I can reproduce. So the error should go away once the new text is
translated. Should we open a trac ticket with a MWE?
