Dekel You can use the ' and ` keys for inserting single quotes. Nevertheless, the quote inset should have a notion of inner and outer quote, which should be adapted to the language. This has been on my virtual todo list for ages, but I have never found the time to actually do that. JMarc

Request: quotation marks
Dear developpers, Currently (1.1.6fix1) it is very uncomfortable (not to say: annoying) to switch from single to double quotation marks (Layout Document Language...). At least I do need this very often (e.g. "'quotation' in a quotation"). Wouldn't it be possible to make this easier (a shortcut would be sufficient) or have I missed any possibility? Thanks for your fantastic work. I'm really looking forward to 1.2.0! Greetings and have a nice weekend, Juergen.

Does not work (the accents) on my system because I have enabled dead keys (to get french accents). Thanks, anyway. Juergen. -- PS.: Sorry, sent it to the wrong list first.

Dear developpers, Currently (1.1.6fix1) it is very uncomfortable (not to say: annoying) to switch from single to double quotation marks (Layout > Document > Language...).
