[patch] fix bug 2244

This patch adds removal of branch insets to lyx2lyx. It is not very sophisticated (it would probably not be too difficult to replace branches with booleans and the ifthen package), and it can produce empty paragraphs, but it is good enough for 1.4.0 IMO. Please test. Georg Index:
