Making SGML with (now rather limited} LinuxDoc is handy too though it

It was version 0.12.0 , I had compiled .13 but for some reason didn't
install it.

When doing ./configure ( or re-configure from withing lyx ), "checking for
package linuxdoc-sgml.sty fails.
Layout.Document.Class and File.Export don't have linuxdoc choosable.
However I do have sgml-tools 2.0.2 installed on my system.
Any sugestions ?

Some of lyx impresses me a lot -- especially the ease of making tables. On
the other hand, I've tried importing some latex documents that work fine
under teTeX and mikTeX, but the import process either generates latex
errors or gives me a document that looks different in important ways.
